Refund and Returns Policy

At Rejuvenation Self Care, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure your satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how to return items if needed.

Returns

To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by submitting an RMA request

Eligibility for Returns
  • Unopened merchandise (excluding skincare, haircare, and makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 7 days of receipt.
  • A refund will be issued for the returned merchandise, minus any shipping or gift-wrapping charges.
  • Skincare, haircare, and makeup items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to health and safety reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return items. These costs are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation).
  • We are not responsible for lost or untrackable packages.
Processing Time

Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA.
  2. Once we receive the damaged merchandise, we will issue a full refund and notify you via email.
Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us as “refused,” “unclaimed,” or “undeliverable”:

  • A refund will be issued for the merchandise only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation

Due to our automated order processing system, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.

Return Instructions

To process your return, request an RMA.  

Once the RMA request is approved, an RMA number will be provided along with a return shipping address.

Please include the following information in your package:

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Packing slip
  • Original order number
  • Reason for the return

 Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges to prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria may not be processed.
